Key Responsibilities:

· Hotel Night Manager will manage the smooth running of the hotel during night hours

· Hotel Night Manager will ensure the safety and security of guests and staff

· Hotel Night Manager will complete night audits, reporting, and handovers to day teams

· Hotel Night Manager will handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests

· Hotel Night Manager will conduct regular property checks and address any issues promptly

· Hotel Night Manager will lead the night team, maintaining excellent service standards

· Hotel Night Manager will respond effectively to emergencies and follow procedures

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a Night Manager or Night Supervisor in a hotel

· Proficiency in Opera/Hotsoft or similar front office systems

· Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

· Calm under pressure with a focus on guest satisfaction

· Good understanding of hotel operations and service standards

· Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
