Operations Manager Leinster –The ideal candidate must come from a very strong background from the hotel /F&B operation. The successful candidate will be managing the day to day operation of the venues whilst ensuring each department is running successfully in conjunction with the GM. 

Role Requirements:

• Operations Manager will manage the smooth operation of the food & beverage outlets in this beautiful location.
• Operations Manager will work closely with the Head Chef, Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager to create, lead and deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Operations Manager will ensure each department is running effectively.
• Operations Manager will be a skilled individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Operations  Manager  will have strong people managing skills required for this role as there is a large team in place
• Operations Manager will have excellent attention to detail.
• Operations Manager will be very hands on, when carrying out duties and responsibilities.
• Operations Manager will be responsible for the standard operating procedures throughout this property
• Operations Manager will manage the current management team in place.
• Operations Manager will   organise and overseeing rosta’s for the management team.
• Operations Manager will be financially astute when organising each department.
