• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team on menu planning and execution.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a Gastro pub or upscale dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Understanding of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management software).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
