Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager with a strong knowledge of room yield management and pricing strategies to help drive revenue growth and optimize the performance of the hotel.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience in room yield management, dynamic pricing, and revenue forecasting.
• Proficiency in using Revenue Management Systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and other related software tools.
• A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the local market, competition, and customer behavior.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable.
