We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our dedicated team in a well established Hotel.

Position: Assistant Night Manager
Location: Co Clare
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise the night team, providing guidance and support to front desk staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations during the night shift.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and banking procedures accurately.
• Maintain the security of the hotel, ensuring all procedures are followed for guest safety.
• Act as the point of contact for guests, staff, and management during the night.
• Monitor and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the night shift.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the hotel industry (Night Auditor, Assistant Night Manager, Front Office Supervisor).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and booking platforms.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Flexible and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
