Salary: €32,000 – €34,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team of a prestigious 4-star hotel in Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to take ownership of the breakfast service and deliver exceptional standards to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to consistently excellent standards.

• Ensure efficient service and smooth kitchen operations during breakfast hours.

• Maintain the highest levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to support overall F&B operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar chef role within a hotel or restaurant environment.

• A passion for fresh, high-quality food and a strong eye for detail.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.

• A positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
