We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy and well-established Dublin City Centre restaurant for an experienced Grill Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional kitchen team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Job Summary

As Grill Chef, you will be responsible for managing the grill section, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistency, and timely service during busy periods. You will play a key role in maintaining kitchen standards and delivering an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes on the grill section
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and portion control at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with HACCP standards
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team as required
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Grill Chef or Chef de Partie
• Strong experience working in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Passion for quality food and attention to detail
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
