Project Manager – Concrete Frames Full Time NEW

Our client is a leading specialist contractor in reinforced concrete frame construction, delivering high-quality structural solutions across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of reinforced concrete frame projects from commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on one or more concrete frame projects
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required
• Develop, manage, and update construction programmes
• Coordinate sequencing of RC works (formwork, reinforcement, pours)
• Identify risks to programme and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors on budgets and cost control
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and efficiency
• Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Ensure full compliance with all health & safety regulations and company policies
• Promote a strong safety culture on site
• Oversee quality control and ensure works meet required standards
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction and concrete frame / RC structures experience is desirable.
• Strong background in managing construction site operations
• Experience delivering projects for main contractors on medium to large-scale developments
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction methods desirable
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
