We are recruiting a highly skilled Analytical Revenue Manager to oversee revenue optimisation for a 4 star hotel in Limerick. Primary focus of the role will be maximising room revenue through pricing, inventory management and distribution strategies. The role will be responsible for driving and optimising performance across all revenue generating areas to include and not limited Accommodation, Leisure Club, Meeting and Events , Food and Beverage departments. Collaboration with all departments are essential to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of strategies and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement Pricing strategies to maximise room revenue
• Monitor and analyse Market trends, competitor pricing, demand forecasts to make informed decisions and implement strategies accordingly.
• Optimise revenue through inventory control and yield management strategies
• Identify Revenue opportunities across all departments to promote revenue growth
• Utilise revenue management strategies and analyse performance and forecast future demand
• Collect, analyse and interpret data from various hotel revenue sources to support and assist decision making policies
• Prepare daily,weekly and monthly reports to track and identify trends
• Provide insights on guest bookimg patterns ,segmentation and distribution performance.
• Distribution and Channel Management on all platforms
• Develop strategies to increase direct bookings and work closely with digital marketing and emcommerce to align strategies
• Work Closely with General Manager, Sales and Marketing and operations departments
• Provide training and guidance on revenue management , upselling and promotions

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3-5 years in revenue management role
• Experience managing OTAs, GDAS, and direct bookimg platforms
• Ability to present complex data and strategies in a clear manner
• Understanding ecommerce, digital marketing and direct booking optimization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A result driven minset and ability to work independently and a proactive approach to revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of pricing,market segmentation and distribution channels.
