About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Duty Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a standards-driven hotel professional who enjoys leading teams and supporting smooth daily hotel operations.

Your Responsibilities
As Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing hotel operations during assigned shifts
• Supporting front office, restaurant, bar and accommodation departments
• Handling guest feedback, complaints and service recovery
• Ensuring strong service standards across all guest areas
• Completing shift reports, handovers and operational checks

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or senior hotel supervisor
• Strong guest service and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organisation ability
• Ability to work across multiple hotel departments
• Experience in a 4-star hotel environment is desirable
