About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Grill Chef for a premium hospitality venue in Dublin City. This role would suit a confident chef with strong grill experience, excellent timing and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes during busy service.

Your Responsibilities
As Grill Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality grilled dishes
• Managing grill service efficiently during busy periods
• Ensuring consistency across steaks, meats, seafood and grill items
• Supporting prep, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, HACCP and food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Grill Chef or Chef de Partie on a busy grill section
• Strong knowledge of meat cookery, timing and presentation
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• High standards of cleanliness, organisation and food quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
