About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Executive Head Chef for a busy 4-star hotel in Dublin City. This is a senior culinary leadership role suited to a commercially focused chef with strong hotel experience, excellent food standards and the ability to lead a large kitchen team across multiple outlets and events.

Your Responsibilities
As Executive Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading all kitchen operations across the hotel, including restaurant, banqueting, events and room service
• Managing food quality, menu development, presentation and consistency across all outlets
• Training, developing and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high standards
• Managing GP, food costs, stock control, ordering, wastage and supplier relationships
• Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene and kitchen audit standards
• Working closely with senior hotel management to drive food quality, profitability and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Head Chef or Senior Head Chef within a hotel environment
• Strong 4-star hotel, banqueting and high-volume kitchen experience
• Excellent leadership, training and kitchen management skills
• Strong commercial knowledge of GP, food costs, labour and stock control
• Ability to maintain high standards across multiple food operations
• Professional, organised and confident leading a large kitchen team

Salary & Benefits
