We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Reservations Manager to lead our reservations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservations function, maximizing room revenue, maintaining exceptional guest service standards, and ensuring the efficient management of room inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Reservations Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of the reservations department.
• Reservations Manager will lead, coach, and develop the reservations team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Reservations Manager will maximize occupancy and revenue through effective inventory management and upselling opportunities.
• Reservations Manager will monitor room availability, booking patterns, and market demand.
• Reservations Manager will ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently in accordance with hotel standards.
• Reservations Manager will work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Front Office, and Events teams to optimize room allocation.
• Reservations Manager will maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of occupancy and booking trends.
• Reservations Manager will handle VIP reservations, special requests, and guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Reservations Manager will ensure all reservation procedures comply with company policies and brand standards.
• Reservations Manager will monitor distribution channels, online travel agencies, and direct booking platforms.
• Reservations Manager will maintain high standards of customer service and respond promptly to guest enquiries.
• Reservations Manager will prepare departmental reports and analyse key performance indicators.
• Reservations Manager will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and departmental planning.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Reservations Manager or Assistant Reservations Manager within a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel is essential.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Experience using hotel property management systems
• Excellent understanding of revenue management principles and room inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
