The Role

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a prestigious well established Hotel.

This role requires a hands-on hospitality leader with a proven background managing busy operations, large teams, and high  quality service standards. You will have full accountability for performance, people, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a High quality Restaurant
• Manage and develop all food &  beverage operations and front-of-house teams
• Drive  and ensure service standards to highest levels, consistency across all levels and excellent guest satisfaction
• Oversee staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and training
• Control costs, budgets, labour, and margins
• Monitor KPIs including sales, service, labour, and guest feedback
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and licensing legislation
• Act as a visible leader  and promote an environment of efficiency and excellence

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role

• Background in a high-volume, standards-led restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
