Bar Manager Full Time NEW

Our client, a prestigious property in Clare currently have an opportunity to grow their team and require an experienced Bar Manager to join their bar operations. The ideal Bar Manager will be passionate about beverage service, skilled in team leadership, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with suppliers and manage bar stock securely and efficiently 

• Oversee payroll and staff rotas for the bar team 

• Manage stock control, rotation, and maintain optimum stock levels 

• Maximise revenue through up selling and achieving set targets 

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising guest experience 

• Utilise the bar computer system effectively for operations and reporting 

• Ensure security of cash, credit cards, and floats; conduct accurate banking 

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports adhering to company standards 

• Handle HR-related documentation and maintain team structure 

• Develop and implement departmental training, including inductions and SOPs 

Candidate Requirements: 

• Proven hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel bar environment 

• Highly motivated with excellent communication and multitasking skills 

• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a dynamic setting 

• Professional presentation and strong understanding of hotel operations
