Breakfast Chef – 4* Hotel Wexford

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Breakfast Chef to join their kitchen team at their 4-star hotel in Wexford. This role is perfect for an early riser with a passion for preparing high-quality breakfasts that help start our guests’ day in the best possible way.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest standards

• Set up and maintain the breakfast service area, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness

• Cook to order, including traditional Irish breakfast items and continental options

• Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety in line with HACCP standards

• Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages to the Head Chef

• Assist with menu development and ideas for seasonal breakfast offerings

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest service

Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar breakfast or chef role, ideally in a hotel environment

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Guide: €32 – €35K
