We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy 4-star hotel in Co. Tipperary. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional eager to create exceptional dishes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency

• Oversee and maintain your designated section, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels

• Assist in menu planning and contribute creative dish ideas

• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards

• Support and train junior kitchen staff

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen

• Strong culinary skills with passion for food and presentation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
