We are delighted to recruit for an experienced  and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the culinary team in a well-established Hotel. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to help deliver an exceptional dining experience. A fantastic opportunity to develop and improve your culinary career.

The Role:

  • A strong culinary background with attention to detail
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Execute service for a specific station with speed, efficiency and consistent quality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards
  • Extensive knowledge of Kitchen Management
