A well-established 4-star hotel in Laois is currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead its F&B operation across restaurant, bar, conferencing, and banqueting. This is a senior management role requiring strong operational leadership, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring high service and quality standards

• Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams across multiple outlets

• Drive revenue performance while controlling costs, labour, and stock

• Work closely with the kitchen, sales, and senior management teams

• Maintain compliance with health & safety, HACCP, and company standards

• Oversee rostering, budgeting, and departmental planning

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Senior Assistant F&B Manager

• Background in a 4-star hotel or high-volume hospitality environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Commercially focused with solid cost-control experience

• Flexible to meet the operational needs of the business
