Salary: €40,000 – €45,000

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations of a premium hospitality venue in Kilkenny. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to play a key role in delivering outstanding service, motivating a team, and ensuring guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events, ensuring standards are consistently met and exceeded. You will work closely with senior management to drive service excellence, implement procedures, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all food and beverage outlets within the property.

• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Ensure high standards of service, quality, and presentation across all areas.

• Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll within budget guidelines.

• Collaborate with senior management on strategy, promotions, and guest satisfaction initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Drive revenue and control costs through efficient operations and up-selling strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-quality hotel or hospitality venue.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• A guest-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple outlets/events simultaneously.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
