Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to work as a private Chef. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, menu planning, kitchen management, and food preparation. Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Design innovative and appealing menus that align with our clients preferences.
Kitchen Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Inventory and Cost Management: Manage food inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to meet budgetary guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar setting, with a focus on quality food preparation and kitchen management.
Creativity and passion for food, with a keen eye for detail in presentation and taste.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
