A standards driven luxury hotel in Dublin West is currently recruiting an experienced Pastry Chef to manage and lead its kitchen operation. The role involves full responsibility for food quality, team leadership, menu development, and cost control across restaurant and banqueting services.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a similar role within 4 or 5 star Hotels
Strong operational and people-management skills
Experience in hotel or high-volume food operations
Professional, organised, and standards-driven
