About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Duty Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and standards-driven hotel professional to take responsibility for daily operations, support department managers and ensure a consistently high level of guest service across the property.

The successful candidate will have strong hotel operations experience, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage busy shifts across front office, food and beverage, accommodation and events.

Your Responsibilities
As Senior Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily hotel operations while on duty
• Supporting front office, food and beverage, accommodation and events teams
• Leading team members during busy service periods
• Handling guest queries, complaints and service recovery professionally
• Completing shift handovers, operational checks and daily reports
• Ensuring service standards are maintained across all guest areas
• Supporting training, team communication and department standards
• Ensuring health, safety and hotel procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Senior Duty Manager or Assistant Manager
• Experience within a 4-star hotel or quality hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work across multiple hotel departments
• Professional, hands-on and calm under pressure
• Strong organisation and problem-solving ability
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy hotel periods
