A prestigious luxury hotel in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced Sous Pastry Chef to support the Head Pastry Chef in delivering high-quality pastry and dessert offerings across restaurant service, afternoon tea, banqueting, and events.
Key Requirements
Experience as Sous Pastry Chef or strong Pastry Chef de Partie ready to step up
Excellent technical pastry and dessert skills
Background in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
