Food and Beverage Manager – 4* Hotel South Dublin

Our client is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead their dynamic team at a luxurious 5-star hotel in South Dublin. This role will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting

• Ensure impeccable service standards and a seamless guest experience

• Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and productive environment

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to ensure financial success

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue

• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

• Handle guest feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure customer loyalty

• Work closely with the executive team to align F&B offerings with hotel objectives and brand standards

Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a food and beverage managerial role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.

• Degree in Hospitality Management, or related field

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team

• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary Guide: €45K – €50K
