A prestigious luxury hotel in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced Sous Pastry Chef to support the Head Pastry Chef in delivering high-quality pastry and dessert offerings across restaurant service, afternoon tea, banqueting, and events.

Key Requirements

  • Experience as Sous Pastry Chef or strong Pastry Chef de Partie ready to step up

  • Excellent technical pastry and dessert skills

  • Background in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
