Events Manager – Premium Venues | Leinster & Nationwide

Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting experienced Events Managers for exciting opportunities across premium venues throughout Leinster and nationwide. This position is on a part-time temporary basis. 

These roles are ideal for professional, standards-driven Events Managers who enjoy delivering high-quality events, leading teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring seamless service across weddings, corporate events, conferences, banqueting, private functions, and high-profile hospitality events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth running of events from set-up through to completion
• Lead, brief, and support event teams during service
• Liaise with clients, venue teams, chefs, suppliers, and operations departments
• Coordinate event timings, room layouts, service flow, and guest requirements
• Ensure excellent guest service and a professional client experience at all times
• Maintain high standards across presentation, service, health and safety, and event delivery.
• Handle guest queries and operational issues in a calm and professional manner

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an Events Manager, Banqueting Manager, C&B Manager, Duty Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Event Supervisor
• Experience in hotels, premium venues, hospitality, catering, events, or banqueting
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, flexible, and standards driven
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and event-based hours as required
• Own transport is beneficial depending on location
