About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Dublin South. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-focused hospitality professional who can lead a team, drive standards and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Your Responsibilities
As Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily restaurant service and team performance
• Delivering excellent guest service and maintaining high standards
• Training, coaching and developing food and beverage team members
• Managing rosters, stock, service standards and guest feedback
• Working closely with senior hotel management and kitchen teams

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Strong food and beverage service knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication and guest service skills
• Experience in a hotel or high-quality restaurant environment
• Strong attention to detail and standards
