About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a luxury 4-star hotel in Carlow. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and standards-driven hospitality professional to lead a busy restaurant operation, deliver excellent guest experiences and support a high-performing food and beverage team.

Your Responsibilities
As Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily restaurant operations, service standards and team performance
• Leading, training and motivating the restaurant team
• Delivering excellent guest service in line with luxury hotel standards
• Managing reservations, table plans, service flow and guest feedback
• Working closely with the kitchen, bar, events and senior hotel management teams
• Supporting rosters, stock control, labour costs and operational standards
• Maintaining strong food and beverage service standards across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hotel operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Experience in a hotel, luxury venue or high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Excellent food and beverage service knowledge
• Professional presentation and a guest-focused approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy hotel service periods
• Hands-on, standards-driven and calm under pressure
