About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Reservations & Revenue Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Wicklow. This role requires a commercially focused hotel professional with strong reservations experience and technical revenue knowledge, including distribution, rate mapping, systems management and pricing strategy.

Your Responsibilities
As Reservations & Revenue Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing reservations, revenue strategy and distribution channels
• Overseeing rate loading, rate mapping and online availability
• Monitoring pricing, demand, pick-up, market trends and competitor activity
• Working with OTAs, booking engines, channel managers and PMS systems
• Leading the reservations team and supporting commercial performance
• Working closely with sales, front office and senior hotel management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Reservations Manager, Revenue Manager or Reservations & Revenue Manager
• Strong technical knowledge of distribution, rate mapping and channel management
• Experience with hotel PMS, booking engines and OTA platforms
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills
• Experience in a 4-star hotel environment is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maximise revenue opportunities

Salary & Benefits
