About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Accommodation Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Dublin. This role would suit a standards-driven housekeeping leader with strong people management skills and excellent attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities
As Accommodation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily housekeeping and accommodation operations
• Leading, training and developing the accommodation team
• Conducting regular room and public area inspections
• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and brand standards
• Managing rosters, stock control, linen, supplies and labour costs

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Accommodation Manager or Executive Housekeeper
• Experience within a hotel environment, ideally 4-star or similar
• Strong team leadership and staff training skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards
• Good organisational, communication and planning ability
