Role: Business Development Manager

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €45k

 

Role Requirements:

  • External Sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
  • Drive revenue generation through effective lead generation, sales presentations, and closing strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve business development efforts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 Years experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to drive business growth.
  • Excellent networking abilities with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
